Far Cry 3 Unlockables/Cheats
Finding objectives
Climb up any of the highest mountains, take out your camera, and zoom in. Scan the land to see many bright lights, which indicate your objectives.
Super bounces
When using the wingsuit, land on power lines to perform super bounces.

Signature weapons
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding weapon for purchase. Note: All Signature weapons are rated five stars.
AMR - This is a Sniper Rifle with extended magazine, high power scope, and custom paint. It is enhanced for damage at long range and fires an explosive, penetrating round. It costs $4,800 and you need to find 20 Relics to unlock it.
Bull Shotgun - A customized M133 shotgun with extended shell capacity, and custom paint. It has poor accuracy and range but is excellent when it comes to damage. To unlock it, you have to find 10 Relics, and it will cost you $3,010.
Bushman - This customized assault rifle comes with optical scope, extended magazine, suppressor, and custom paint. It has excellent accuracy and the range is very good. It also causes a lot of damage. To unlock it, you have to activate all Radio Towers.
Cannon - This type of Revolver Pistol is a customized .44 Magnum with extended barrel, optical sight, 6 round chamber, and custom paint. It has excellent accuracy and damage, and you unlock it when you get the Uplay Reward.
Japanese Tanto - This dagger used to be carried by the samurai. It increases the damage dealt in melee combat. You need to find six Letters of the Lost in order to unlock it.
Ripper - This is a customized MKG Light Machine Gun with optical scope, extended magazine, and custom paint. It has excellent accuracy, damage and range. To unlock it, you have to successfully complete six Trials Of Rakyat. It costs $4,200.
Shadow - This is a customized 1911 pistol with a larger magazine, silencer, and custom paint. It is enhanced for accuracy and stealth, The range is fair and the damage is very good. To unlock it, liberate 17 enemy outposts. It costs $2,600.
Shredder - This is a customized Vector .45 ACP Submachine Gun with reflect sight, suppressor, extended magazine, and custom paint. Enhanced for accuracy and damage, and also has good range. To unlock, collect 10 Memory Cards. It costs $3,275.

Hidden cutscenes
For every trip you make to the grotto underneath the mansion, pick one of the "eat me" berries to watch a hidden cutscene.
No enemy or wildlife
Once you get far into the game, you will take an airplane ride. Then, as you jump out of the plane, your wingsuit will be equipped. Ignore the mission objective, head to any of the towers and relic or loot locations and start unlocking them, since enemies and wildlife will be missing on the map.
Breaking Bad reference
Memory Card 16 has formulas for cooking meth. There is a new formula of meth from New Mexico that has the Pirates worried about losing business. This is a reference to the AMC TV show Breaking Bad, which takes place in New Mexico. It is about a terminally ill school teacher who cooks his own brand of blue crystal meth.
Easy "Aftermarket Junkie" achievement
At the beginning of the game, you have to buy a starting pistol, 1911, at $60. It comes with no attachments, so you only need to spend a total of $1,200 for six camos to get the "Aftermarket Junkie" achievement. You can also save the game before spending money on the camos, and reload the saved game after getting the achievement so you do not actually have to spend any money to get the achievement.
Easy "Fearless Or Stupid" achievement
The deepest parts of the ocean will appear dark blue on your map (e.g. at X: 709.1, Y: 835.6 or X: 752.7, Y: 656.1 coordinates). The map is revealed when you activate radio towers. Once you find a dark blue part of the ocean, dive down until you reach the ground to get the "Fearless Or Stupid" achievement. You can click the Left Analog-stick to swim faster.
Easy "Free Fall" achievement
Go to X: 442.4, Y: 651.1 coordinates and climb up the high mountain to find a glider near the top. Once you reach the glider, press X to use it. Do not not direct the glider while you are airborne. Just allow it to glide until you are over the ocean, then press X to exit the glider. You will fall into the water and get the "Free Fall" achievement.
Easy "Hunter Hunted" achievement
The game has several predators like Crocodiles, Komodos, Leopards, Sharks, and Tigers. When you zoom in on your map, you can see symbols showing where the animals are. Go to an area marked with a symbol for one of the predators. Run around the area until you are attacked by a predator, and then kill it to get the "Hunter Hunted" achievement. You can kill the animal by shooting it as it chases you, or you can stab it while it is holding onto you. Crocodiles are not displayed on the map, but they are common in most rivers.
Easy "Improper Use" achievement
Buy the Repair Tool from a weapon locker or general store, or activate radio towers to get it for free. It is in the "Special" objects section at the general store. Equip the Repair tool, then play one of the side or story missions, or search for enemies near an outpost. Get close to an enemy, then use the Repair Tool to burn him at close range for 2 to 3 seconds to get the "Improper Use" achievement.
Easy "Love The Boom" achievement
Buy an explosive weapon, like the RPG-7 rocket launcher, from a weapon locker or general store, or activate radio towers to get it for free. Once you have it, proceed to the Welshore Wrecker's House Outpost at X: 437.9, Y: 795.0 coordinates, and make some noise until the enemies activate the alarm. Wait for the reinforcement jeeps to arrive, then shoot the second jeep with the rocket launcher before the soldiers alight to get the "Love The Boom" achievement.
Easy "Never Saw It Coming" achievement
First, you are required to buy the "Death From Above" skill in the Heron skill tree. This enables you to perform a stealth takedown while jumping on enemies. The easiest way to get this achievement is to jump down while using a zipline. The glider and parachute are harder and unpredictable. You will find many ziplines during the main story missions, but are rare where enemies are found in the open world. The first chance for getting this achievement is during Mission 6: "The Medusa's Call". To use the zipline to kill an enemy, throw some stones to lure nearby guards under the zipline. Once they are in position, use the zipline and detach when you are above them. The kill will then be performed automatically.
Easy "Poacher" achievement
You will find rare animals during the "Path Of The Hunter" quests. To play these quests, you have to liberate outposts. The spawn area of the animals will be shown during the quests. If the quest features rare animals, the hunter posters will be marked with a red "Rare" stamp. You can get one of these quests at X: 428.9, Y: 694.3 coordinates.
Easy "Say Hi To The Internet" achievement
The lost Hollywood star can be found at at the beach of one of the northern islands (X: 619.7, Y: 559.4 coordinates). You can go there soon after you have started the game. At the beach, find a man buried in the sand, with only his head visible. Go to the buried man, and press X to get the "Say Hi To The Internet" achievement. This achievement is a reference to the "Far Cry Experience" video series from Machinima starring actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse. In the fourth episode of the video series, viewers could vote whether Christopher lives or dies after being captured and dug neck-deep in sand.
Easy "The Good Stuff" achievement
First, you have to collect 30 relics. You can get maps for all relic locations from the in-game stores. Finding 30 relics will unlock a recipe for a special syringe called "Untouchable", which allows you to become invulnerable for a few seconds. To craft it, you need five Blue Leaves, five Green Leaves, and two White Leaves. You can find these leaves anywhere in the wilderness, but here are some of their fixed coordinates: Blue Leaf (X: 504.4, Y: 727.1), Green Leaf (X: 430.2, Y: 748.9), White Leaf (X: 449.1, Y: 738.9).
Easy "Toxophilite" achievement
Buy the Recurve Bow from a weapon locker or general store, or activate radio towers to get it for free. In addition, buy and equip the Markman Sight, which is a very useful attachment for long range shots. Next, find some enemies, and place a marker on their location on the world map. Move away from the marker until it indicates a distance of more than 70 meters, then shoot the enemy while they are standing still to get the "Toxophilite" achievement. One of the best locations to get this achievement early in the game is the Welshore Wrecker's House Outpost at X: 437.9, Y: 795.0 coordinates.
Easy "Unheard" achievement
There game has a total of 34 outposts, and you can liberate any of them without triggering an alarm. Find the alarm switch in an outpost, and disable it by pressing X. Then, kill the remaining enemies to get the "Unheard" achievement.
