Question about Xbox Live

Hey All,

I am going to be new to the whole Xbox experience once I get my Xbox one. I have purchased a 12 month subscription to xbox live gold. So my question for you all is say I see these 12 month subscription cards go on sale for less than 50 bucks and I buy one. Can I add that new 12 month time onto what I have left from my previous 12 month subscription? Or should I wait until my 12 months is up?

I believe you can 'extend' like this. I had a 3 month freebie from somewhere, and applied it, and it extended my subs by that long...

Yes, you can add cards at anytime, so definitely get them when they're on sale! I think my account has been set to expire in March 2014 for the past two years or so
