Xbox One Xbox Fitness

There will be Xbox Fitness being released at the end of this year so that you can get working on that New Year's resolution. It will be free to Xbox Gold members for a year. I'm pretty excited about it. It has some big names behind it and it will use Kinect to measure heart rate, balance, muscles, etc.

Hmm it reminds me of wii but hey Jillian Michael is pretty good.Would be interesting to see how it works out with P90X work out.It's been so popular that even a guy landed in the emergency room after doing it for a day ;o

Maybe I should get this for my husband as Christmas gift. Xbox one with Xbox Fitness inside ,he'd probably like 'hmm what are you trying to say'

Honestly, I don't see any real progress when doing exercises with a game console. I would rather just go to the gym and do a workout over there. I feel that fitness games don't really give you the full workout you need to really get in shape. Looking back at the Wii Fit, it never worked. I know a substantial amount of people who didn't benefit off the Wii fit.
