at this point whatever pr damage is already done in the market.
now we are at the point where info/games will be released and in a month the system will be in the hands of the consumer(us)....
they can't fix the past but can deliver a good/great product and stand behind it. like most microsoft products its the support that is great. expect a few bumps on the way but both systems will have this. its how they deal with it..
i think the 360 has shown us that microsoft can deliver and is willing to give us early dlc and exclusives to get customers.. even at 10years on the 360 they were pushing for content and updates.. this is what i expect from them.. eventually maybe free games with live or even some arcade stuff.
