i have downloaded quite a few movies from the microsoft store, and cannot watch my content because the app doesn't work. I've tried customer service several times this morning i was informed that the customer service tools for diagnostics and trouble shooting were unavailable due to a system wide update. I'm curious to how wide spread the problem is, because the rep i spoke to told me there has been extremely high call volume about my specific problem
