Interesting stuff, a pretty good listen. I don't really know what to think with Microsoft's choice in leadership for the gap that Mattrick left. Not hating on her because she's a woman, but rather she has no experience in the video game industry. But who am I kidding? Almost everyone who ends up in the big leagues for video games these days are washed up from some other industry.
