stream streaming twitch help xbox callofduty

So I’m trying to stream to twitch through my Xbox but I’m having audio difficulties. As I watch my own stream I see that I’m only able to hear myself & not the lobby or party chat. Any solutions? Maybe it’s because I’m streaming on my Xbox?
