This may be a redundant problem / post, but cant seem to find the right answer to my question. I have my console (Xbox One X) with the main account on it, it is also set as the "Home Xbox" and my daughters console ( Xbox One S). We have different GamerTags, but for some reason, when she signs in or vise versa it logs the other out. It says "You're already playing on 'whatever console was playing first' " Mind you we are playing two entirely different games. Is this how having different users under one account works?
If the only way this can be resolved is for my daughter to get her own Live account, is there a way for her to get her game saves to transfer to that new account?
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!!
