What the hell is Microsoft doing to correct the "hit & miss" bug for playing 4K movies?
Bought 18 4K movies over the last few weeks and 15 of them do not play, only giving the error message.
A tech representative said, I must have a cracked optical lens thus you have done everything else to try to correct the issue.
Funny that, bought another Xbox one x and did exactly the same. Now had to go and buy a pure Blu-ray player and they all work perfectly fine.
Again Microsoft can't fix such a small bloody annoying issue.
I sure can't wait till PS5 is released as I'm certainly going to buy one as I have done with a PS4 Pro which is better than the X.
Shame on Microsoft, they have more money than SONY yet, can't fix a simple issue, have dreadful game lineup's Nd even the VR headset is not as good as Sony's.
At least Kenichiro Yoshida can get it right!
