Original Xbox Any one heard about Error code E25 ?

Dear friends I own my original XBOX for over a decade with no technical problems at all.
Some time before , when I try to put some games ( original not a copy ) I can see in the screen " E25 , this disc canot be copied " . and I can only hear the music of the game.( Mortal Combat Pal )
What is the problem ?

Dear PBescabar7, thank you very much for the answer.
But I think that is only about the 360 and not for the Original. I also think that becouse the problem is with certain discs ( they are not scrached or very much used ) ,if there is any type of " expired date " for discs or for the machine. I have try to clean the laser lence with a special cleaning disc with no resalt.What do you think about ?
