Call of Duty: Black Ops bears the series' standard superbly, delivering an engrossing campaign and exciting competitive multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Black Ops takes much of what made Modern Warfare 2 great and slightly expands and modifies it. That's not to say that there aren't mistakes to be found within Black Ops, but I think Call of Duty fans are going to be happy with Treyarch's latest effort.​

This game is amazing with wonderful graphics, cool guns, and more!
It's another great game from Treyarch! I'm loving it so far.
I'm 5th prestiege by the way.
This game gets a 9.2 from me.

I've played all the Modern Warfare games. However, none compare to what Treyarch has done to the Call of Duty series.

I think the game is great, I loved the multiplayer as much as the zombies. But for some reasons, it wasn't as fun as the previous CODs. The other CODs were more like arcades, do to some overpowered guns and unrealistic features, which I liked. Black Ops is more realistic, and that might make it a little less fun to play. Even though I LOVED playing the new game modes like "gun games" and "stick and sotneS"

Finally a good balance between the BO's and MW games I thought. But it truly is a new game. The SMG's are in my opinion slightly overpowered but hey, where's a game without a challenge?

Having said all this, I think I still may have had more fun on the original black ops game. Chopper gunner was the funniest kill streak ever!

This game is pretty good, and so is Black Ops 2, but nothing really beats MW2 for me.

Black Ops 1 will always be my peak game. I was so devoted and good back then.

Yeah, this is probably my favorite COD game of all time. Some of the people who grew up with the older ones might hate on that...but don't worry, I was there playing with you. It's just that this one had it all. And the AK47u was my favorite gun on the planet, it broke my heart to see it wasn't in BO2

The publisher made a very good call on getting Treyarch involved, they are perfect for this franchise
