Certain Titles Appearning on Store Website but not in Console App Store

I've bought a Series X console recently. Before making that purchase - I've made a short list of games to buy/keep an eye on. While making the said list I've been basing on what has been available on the Microsoft Store website (As I didn't own an Xbox One so couldn't check the store there). Now majority of the titles that I was looking forward to do exist within the marketplace app on the console but there are two titles that do not. These titles are SoulCalibur (The Dreamcast Game from Xbox Live Arcade. ) and The King of Fighters: Neowave. I'll drop a link to both.

Now as you can see in the browser version of the store - the website clearly states that both games are indeed available both on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Despite that fact I don't see them in the console app store. I do see various other KOF games as well as SoulCalibur VI and II HD but two of the mentioned titles are simply not being displayed in search results.

My question is - why could that be happening? Is that an issue with my region (I live in Poland. )? Can I somehow buy these games by some other mean than the console app store?

It might be a regional thing. I think if you buy them through the store via pc and they aren't tranfereable to download then your problem would be solved. Hope they show up for ya!
