I got the email about my enforcement. I have a console ban even though I haven't sent any messages in the past few days. And it doesn't say that I have a console ban in my enforcement history. My last ban was because I swore at someone in a message. I haven't said any cuss words since then. I am unable to contest it since it isn't showing in my enforcement history. Any advice would be helpful

Salutations! Have you checked to see if you're actually signed in to your Xbox account on the Enforcement History tab? This may be the issue.
