Xbox 360 Crackle App Super Fuzzy Picture

Hey everyone. I love the Crackle app and watching some of my favorite older movies, but the picture has been really fuzzy lately. I don't get ads anymore and my video just kind of freezes up for a moment, but always gets fuzzier as the video progresses. Is there some update I am missing? Should I just remove it? Is this happening to any of you guys?

I haven't encountered that issue when I use Crackle on my machine. But who knows, that may be tied into the you not getting ads thing. Because I know I still sure as hell get ads.
