Xbox 360 Customizing The Console

We have a plain white console that's several years old. While I love all of the "themed" consoles that are available nowadays, our Xbox still works fine, so I can't justify buying another Xbox solely for aesthetics. Is there anything we could do to our existing console to spruce it up a bit?

Well, you could "mod" your console, or pay someone else to do it for you. Also, you might be able to find "skins" for the console that you could apply like stickers. Other than that, I don't really know of any way to change how it looks.
