Xbox 360 Do you always clean the controller ?

I heard that cleaning the controllers regularly is recommended, but I rarely clean mine. I use them myself and sometimes my family but we live together so it's not gross. Do you clean yours all the time or only after a while?

I clean them every 2 weeks, or something like that. Doesn't matter if they are dirty or gross, but I like to keep them and know they are clean. I'm the only one using it in my family, but still...
