Does XBox have pub style games for multiple players

We are in the process of building a home in our backyard Tiki bar with about 12 seats. I always loved going to pubs that run trivia games on their tv with gamer controls thorough-out the bar for multiple players. I realize that these games are generated form a central place for multiple pubs however...

I would like to run games via my Xbox console with each guest using their own control. Nothing complex, trivia, maybe racing etc.

Does anyone know if such a setup/game exists?
