Enforcement Suspension has Ran out, but Xbox still says I have Commban

I had a communication ban than ran from the 18th to the 21st, but after I waited out the ban, my Xbox still told me I had a communication ban on my account. I asked for help from Xbox, but they said they couldn't contact the enforcement team. This seems so unreasonable to me, why have a branch that you have no communications with and have absolute authority over people's account. I know Xbox can contact these people and keeping use scared and confused, just tell me how to contact anyone who can see what's up with my account still being communication banned since the ban says completed on my side. The person I talked to said the ban may take 72 hours from the suspension date to be lifted, but I've waited that long and nothing has happened and no contact regarding it being lifted.
