Error 0x80070003 when accessing Microsoft Store

, well, my Microsoft store just work just fine. But now I'm getting this error code 0x80070003 every time I try to access it. I looked around on Google and now I'm thing I can find out is resetting this Windows 10 options but uh I am using my Xbox one and NOT a PC

THINGS I HAVE TRIED SO FAR FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE/RESPONSES

1. Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console
