Xbox 360 Favorite arcade game?

Right now, Scott Pilgrim vs The World. I bet that it will be dethroned by Far Cry: Blood Dragon whenever I get around to playing BD, though!
 
I would either have to go Castle Crashers, because it is tons of fun with a bunch of local friends, or either Guardian Heroes, because it is tons of fun with a brunch of local friends... and massive nostalgia.
 
My favourite Arcade Game would have to be the Trials games. They are so small and simple yet so addicting, trying to beat your friends motorbike scores can be the most frustrating thing in the world!
They recently released some new maps and a new bike too! :)
 
For me it was Killer Instinct. I used to really like fighting games, but when Killier Instinct first came out I can still remember the buzz, the graphics were like something never seen before, not to mention the gameplay with 40+ hit combos, finishing moves compared to Mortal's fatalities, I still remember being late many times during the lunch break at school because of this game.
 
My vote still goes to the Xbox Arcade classic, Happy Wars.
 
I've really been enjoying Battleblock theater recently. I'm watching a youtube series on these two people playing it, and it is definitely interesting to see what they do compared to me.

I agree with this. There are many fun arcade games but I think the Trials games are just so addicting. I also became really good at it and so this just made me even more addicted!
 
My oldest and favorite arcade game I could remember playing is PAC-MAN. But later down in the years came The Mario Brothers on Nintendo. I remembered when my parents surprised me one Christmas morning with a Super Nintendo and my first Super Mario Brothers cartridge game. One of my favorite games was Super Mario Go Kart Racing. From ever since, I fell in love with their games. I continued playing it with my siblings. What I love about Mario Kart there are several ways to play this game. You can use weapons in different ways to defeat your opponents by aim for the lead, drift and boost, or play it safe in the back to boost forward to 1st at the end of the race. You can take the safe route or you can take the shortcuts. It doesn't matter how you play as long as you reach the finish line. Mario Brothers is still a blast for many years, and even better than before. ;)
 
My favorite arcade box games had to be Superman, the Star Wars Tie FIghter one, The Punisher/Nick Fury game, Die Hard, and any game with a lightgun. Which means all the Time Crisis's/Terminator/House of the Dead/etc. The most favorite out of all of those had to be Lethal Enforcers though, game with the big 357 magnum for a gun, I always felt like Dirty Harry playing it.

Nice dude. I got this game about a month ago and I love it. It's definitely become my favorite Arcade game. It's just easy to hop into for 5 minutes or get sucked into it for 2 hours. I finally played Co-Op with a friend for the first time last week. It's just an awesome game all around. What's the youtube page for those people playing it? I'm curious.
 
My favorite Xbox Live arcade game is easily Battlefield 1943. I didn't generally purchase microsoft points, but when I heard Battlefield 1943 was coming out via the xbox live arcade, I had to buy some points for I can get it. I played alot of hours on it and its one of the few arcade games I purchased.
 
Dungeon Defenders! Such a great little game, when it first came out I would get together with a bunch of friends and we would spend hours playing it. The basic idea was simple, but the game progressively got harder. The level designs was clever and you really had to manage your resources well to win. There were many ragequits but also many great victories to be had in that game.
