Xbox One Former Dice dev say's BF4 problems are bigger than DICe

I pretty sure that this former dev is laying the blame on EA. I mean their pretty much saying that the issues that DICE is having getting Battlefield in shape is not their fault but at the feet of people higher than DICE. And that means EA, and looking at EA's track record it's hard not to just blame them.

BF4 is not DICE's fault
