Phil Spencer retires, Asha Sharma promoted, Sarah Bond Resigned, Matt Booty promoted

On February 20, 2026 - Phil Spencer "retired" (ahem; forced out), Asha Sharma was promoted to C.E.O. of Microsoft Gaming, Sarah Bond resigned, and Matt Booty was promoted shortly thereafter. I posted a two hour video, and it has timestamps on the video itself because I covered almost everything. This has implication for not just Microsoft, but Microsoft Gaming, too.
