from the looks of it they are hidng load screens with cinimatic course loops.
in the second video from :32sec-:41 sec the show laguna seca starting grid area camera is moving it its not a click and is transitioned to next screen.
same at 1:12-1:22 they use the car art/grid as a load screen.

i did not catch the pre rce screen if you could qualift or do a pole position lap.. seems you will alsways start last and work up. but with the drivata ai system you would think their would be some type of grid managment or driver placement . even if they used your personal drivatar to qualift you and would give u a target time that you would potentially beat..

i would also like to see the diffrent camera angles as i dont play in car on forza.

The first video was pretty underwhelming, it looked like a typical racing game from his aspect, and his driving wasn't the greatest... didn't look so much like Forza Motorsport to me, but the second video was pretty awesome. Cars looked great, and he was actually competing with other people or AI. From what I can tell from both videos, it does look like it's hard to do turns in general without side-tracking, and it would take some skill and time to master. 2:20 in the second video was pretty awkward to watch how he was having a hard time to get back on track. I do hope there are other views such as aerial views because want to see the bigger picture; the actual track and cars in front of me. I guess it adds to the realism though.

WOW! You can CLEARLY see the game is running smoothly...thanx to the locked 60FPS BABY!!!
