Both, they're from the humble bundle..

You can add for example, dead space to steam and origin. I'm not sure if the save game is saved, but I guess 2 people can play it at once. Like, medal of honor multiplayer - I guess you can play on origin and on steam on different computers - but the servers might be different, I'm not sure.
