Harassed by a troll and banned

Got harassed by this troll talking crazy then when I choose to retaliate I guess it was a bit too extreme & I get penalized. Even though I'm only banned from messaging a little while & it could increase from this, this is something that should never happen. As whack as it sound's anyone who's thinking of standing up for themselves in such an I guess "trash talking" manor forget it (Even though eventually it will always get to this point anyway), best just to block them if you encountered a person such as this before it escalates. You'll be glad you did!

The first time some fool starts on you should be the last, just block and report them! This is why I don't chat online on Xbox, too many moronic asshats who can't not be abusive.
