Xbox 360 Has anyone played Dead Space?

Has anyone played this game? The guys at work were talking about it and I decided to give it a try. They told me the game was scary, but I didn't believe them. I'm not afraid of video game zombies and monsters, however, I found out for myself they didn't mean scary like that. They have it set up like a scary movie where things jump out and scare the crap out of you. I'm going to have to try part 2.

I have not played Dead Space, yet. You make it sound pretty interesting. Is the game set out in space, and involve zombies? From the way you talk, I probably should not play this game at night, with all my lights off.
