I can't possibly be the only one with this issue. I have two Xbox One controllers with the headphone jack, and neither work with XBOX one 3rd party certified headsets. They USED TO! But then just stop. If I use the headset adapter, now discontinued, both headsets work fine in any controller. Frustrating. Neither Microsoft or the headset provider will take ownership. But it does appear to be a controller issue. What's the deal here?
