Hi all to who ever may read
just wondering if it's at all possible you can somehow block an headset working on a certain controller?
I am asking because i recently purchased an Xbox one. As soon as i plugged in an headset into the controller, it worked but the voice chat was coming through the TV. Not sure what settings was changed but my nephew who was playing Fortnite on Xbox with a friend on PS4 changed something and now no head sets working on it at all.
3 different head sets, working perfectly as soon as we try a different controller so it's definitely not the head sets.
Perhaps it's the head set port somehow got damaged within the time they were playing Fortnite and changing the settings.. i honestly don't know and would like to solve this.
If anyone knows, please let me know whether i could try some different settings other than the standard ones.
Also, new to Xbox and rarely used it -- more for the kids really so yep, no idea tbh
