Xbox One How do I pick up weapon blueprints?

I'm in the garage standing over a weapon blueprint and I can't pick it up. Can someone please help me?

Um, you just go up to it and click the B button. You should pick it right up. If you aren't able to get it, move around a bit and it should work.

I ran into the same thing. Even if it seems like you're right in front of the item, sometimes you just need to move a little and then you can pick it up.
