Xbox One How do you change the color of background/tiles?

You cannot change the background color, but you can choose your tile colors. To do so simply go to where you would normally go to view friends (left hand side of the center homepage screen). Once you select this area, the next screen will have various options like friend, followers, etc. If you select "My Profile" the next window will have options for choosing your colors.
