How many people actually use Xbox Live these days?

I'm just playing until my live finishes, funny how it was supposed to expire in the summer its still going, I hope Microsoft doesn't know lol.
 
I use Live multiple times a week, whether for the apps, multiplayer, etc. I don't have the auto renew on, as I prefer finding a deal on a year XBL card and entering the code each year. That alone saves me around $20-$30 on my Live membership. I'm not addicted, but certainly enjoy the convenience of XBL.
 
The only reason I am not using live cause I don't want to play on the 360 no more.After 6 years of my experience I was tired of multiplaying with the a-holes!Can't wait for the X1.The reputation system upgrade is a breath of fresh air for me.
 
I think it depends on what type of games you own. Alot of people play online when they have sports games, as well as games such as Call Of Duties because of the style of the game and how much online play, plays into the game.
