Xbox One how to send microphone audio from pc to Xbox One?

I'm trying to stream my game to youtube and I have everything set up but I have to plug in my mic to the computer in order for the stream to pick me up. how do I make it so that audio is also going to my Xbox so people can hear me in Sea Of Thieves?
