If your Kinect sensor microphone is having a problem hearing you, you’ll see any one of the following error messages:
Couldn't hear the calibration tone. (8AC8000B, 8AC8000C, 8AC8000D)
Your speaker volume is too loud. (809B1084)
Your speaker volume is too low. (809B1085)
Kinect couldn't hear the whole calibration tone.
To solve the calibration tone error, select More Info to see the suggestions. You need to make the suggested changes. After performing the required changes, press Try Again to run the test again.
If the Kinect calibration tone error still exists, you’ll need to ensure that the sensor is positioned correctly.
