Ok, so I went and bought a Microsoft/Xbox gift card ($15) to renew my Xbox live/gold sub, I input the code and 15 dollars got added to my acc balance (I had 18 dollars in total now)
I went and tried to pay for it, but it told me that my Microsoft gold sub was blocking any transactions bc I didn't pay for it (even tho I was trying to pay for it), and it tried to force me to use my credit card
I don't have money on my CC, and I've always renewed my gold with gift cards
*Next day*
I try to see if it'll let me pay for it, and discover that those 10 dollars from my ACC have been taken, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE GOLD
idk what to do, I need help lol I think I've been scammed by Microsoft
