So i have a microsoft account that i have not used for a few months because i just moved into a new apartment and have not bought a tv to use it. However for some odd reason it keeps saying that there is suspicious activity and i cannot log into my account. Every time i try to recover my account apparently microsoft says im not giving enough information. Ive been trying to find anyone way to get on the phone because i have a subscription that i keep getting charged for every month and i need to cancel it ASAP. Nothing has been of help and I am desperate and if anyone can help me in anyway, please.
