Introducing our new moderator GameOverViper

Everybody take a moment to welcome GameOverViper to the moderator staff. He will be overseeing the News & Rumors as well as the Xbox One sections of the site. Don't worry viper i'll be right their with you. You may know him as the admin over at the xbox360clans.net board. He has decided to help us out and we'd be stupid not to have him here.
