Is there a game coming that would persuade you to upgrade?

For PC? Nope. I don't game on my PC very often. It seems so many of the big titles come out multi-platform anyways and are usually available on the 360 anyways. Is there a game that you're looking at getting? If there WAS a game that I wanted to play but needed to upgrade in order to do so, I would probably rebuild and upgrade my whole rig if I had the money so that it would keep me going for the next few years.
 
Maybe when games like Star wars 1313 and Watchdogs come out I would consider to upgrade my Pc, until that happens there is no point, I wish developers would take more advantage of pc hardware, We would see more asnonishing games like the original Crysis, it was so incredible for its time because it was developed with pc hardware in mind.
 
I downloaded a car racing game from Free Gaming Site and was surprised by the system requirements. I thought I had met the minimum requirements only to find that I need extra memory on my Graphic Card. I had to uninstall the game since I didn't have the means to upgrade then and specifically to play a PC game.
 
I guess I have to say all games because I tend to upgrade every few years. When I play on PC, I have to be able to max everything at at full hd and then tweak the settings to make it look even better. One good upgrade and you're set for the next few years.

If the right one came out, though, then sure. I would see it as an investment and overall upgrade instead of being simply for the game. It's not like I would benefit from the upgrade -only- with that game and I would eventually need a new card probably anyway, so meh, sure.
 
It depends on the specs of the PC that you’ve got. Most new games don’t require that much. Even the MW4 has same minimum requirement with its previous version. If your PC is two years old, you might need an upgrade. So far there are no new games that require higher requirements that usual.
 
None yet, but I'm always taking a step ahead and just upgrade the machine before any quality games come out. I might want to upgrade my computer for Watch Dogs though, damn that game looks good and my computer's most likely to melt from the intensive GPU temperature.
 
I'm always willing to upgrade my PC. I currently have a laptop, and I'm not planning on upgrading it. But I am going to start building a desktop and upgrading it to my preferences. Right now, my laptop is more then enough for all games though.
