You might experience Kinect body tracking problems and receive any one of the following error messages:
Kinect can't see anyone. Please try again.
Player or play space not detected.
The Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you.
Solutions
First, use the Kinect Tuner. Here is how: Using Kinect Tuner
If the problem exists, you’ll have to calibrate the Kinect sensor. Here is how: Recalibrating Kinect sensor
After performing all above, restart your console to check out whether the problem still exists. If you still get the Kinect body tracking error message, you’ll need to contact Xbox Support.
