Xbox One Kinect not working

Hi all.
Need help, the kinect sensor has stopped working, it was working this afternoon when we were on the xbox one, then later I got a message on screen saying kinect not plugged in. I've unplug it and re plugged it in but it still won't work, even the xbox symbol that lights up is not on.

Exact same thing happened with mine. Ended up calling Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They put a $120 hold on our CC and sent a new one out immediately. They took the hold off of the CC once they received our back. It only took a few days.

I think the 1-800-4MY-XBOX should still work, I'm in canada and when I had to replace my 360 I used it.
