Hi Guys & Gals
My daughter is having trouble with getting onto Xbox live on her profile.
The profile is on the Xbox one that is connected to my primary profile.
She also has her own Xbox that we Xbox share ie games etc..
On both of the Xboxs it is asking her to pay for a gold membership.
I have tried to call Microsoft but they keep hanging up.
