"Looking for team-mates/online matches" threads?

I was thinking about maybe there should be a "Looking for team-mates/online matches" threads for certain games that have online play or even in the "Xbox Live" section of the forum.

For example: Say in the Gears of War 3 forums, maybe a stickied "Looking for team-mates/online matches" so people can find team-mates to play with either for fun, cooperatively or competitively.

I don't know if maybe this type of thing already exists around here, but just a suggestion

I like your idea, but to make a slight tweak. 'Meet me Online right now'

Could be at the top of the forum for direct use. Beneficial for Guests (in which usually leave websites within ten seconds) to see it initially so incase they don't register, they can see find gamertags.

People just Post their Handles, Location (GMT), game they are currently playing, mic or not, ect.

This could help start boosting the though of game nights too.
