Visit a store in the single-player campaign
Your first chance to do this is when you reach Citadel. Go to the Huerta Memorial Hospital and you will be able to see the store straight across from the counter. It is in the form of a computer from which you can buy things. For this achievement, you don’t actually have to purchase anything. Just visit and press on it and the achievement will unlock.

Deliver most of the Galaxy at War assets to the final conflict
You need to have over 4000 “Effective Military Strength” before you start on this achievement. Complete Mass Effect 3 twice, or once with a Mass Effect 2 import
If you have a Mass Effect 2 save file, you can import it into this game so that you only have to complete it once to unlock this achievement. You can do it in one playthrough if you choose Insanity. You can press [Y but] to undo the upgrade.
