How about Motionsports Kinect – have you played it? My kids loved this one the best. You actually start and the Kinect keeps track of how you do each time. You go from a starter to a superstar. My son loves the football part. My daughter loves the horseback riding. I love the hang gliding and boxing. I have not found any Kinect game like this one so far. I don’t see the kids getting bored with it anytime soon.
