Xbox One Mouse and not so much keyboard

Ive been a diehard controller player for many many years now but have recently tried to make the switch to m&k. I had my left hand ( pretty much all of it) shattered a few years ago due to an engine falling on it. Ive found that im just not able to wasd move with my hand being a pos now. Ive seen a few controllers that are controller mouse hybrids but really nothing that works with xbox or that is actually for sale. Basically im looki g for some kind of controller mouse hybrid so i can still use the thumbstick with my left hand. Anybody got any bright ideas?
