NCAA Football 13 is a great game -- the changes to the core engine are welcome, challenging and exciting -- but the little stuff adds up. Similar modes, audio inaccuracies and visual missteps make a game that's better than last year's on the technical level but lesser as an overall product.

The passing game is revitalized by a slew of improvements that make slinging the ball less frustrating and more fun than ever before.

NCAA Football 13 is definitely better than its predecessor, but amidst the upgrades, unfortunate legacy issues and inexcusable bugs prevent this college-pigskin sim from an undisputed championship.

Between the playoffs and the inevitable cribbing of Madden 13’s bigger features (like Connected Careers), next year's NCAA Football will surely implement some bold changes. But NCAA Football 13 feels more like another effective iteration than a genuinely new, thrilling experience.

NCAA Football 13 offers the same experience as every other version, along with a number of new problems.

Well, here is another version of the same game. EA continues to milk this franchise and millions of people continue to flock towards it. It's the same gameplay year after year with minor adjustments to the gameplay and features. I was already a fan of this game before it even came out because Robert Griffin III was on the cover, but the new features were disappointing.

The big gimmick for this game was the "Heisman Challenge Mode" where you can play as previous Heisman winners on any team. This is a great feature, but the big downside to this is you can only play them for one reason! Why are they putting a limitation on their one feature they added?!

Also, the gameplay is very laggy at times- the ball will fly out of the quarterback's hand without him even releasing the ball.

I would give this game a 3/5.
