Xbox One NieR:Automata not appearing on the xbox gamepass pc app?

Hey. I've been trying to download NieR:Automata but it won't come up on the xbox gamepass app on my pc. My membership is still up and everything, it's not that, but the game just literally wont pop up anywhere on it. Is it just not available for pc via the gamepass app? Articles say it is but I'm not seeing it. Won't even appear in the xbox store, only on the microsoft website, but it won't let me download it onto my pc from there. I would really appreciate it if someone could help!! Thank you.
