I have an MS account and also an X-box account and Minecraft Win 10 on a tablet.
My grandson is a pro player on his ipod on Minecraft and wants to connect to me and play in a Minecraft World.
On his ipod I have set up his own Microsoft Account and trying to do the same for Xbox, but when it comes to the Parental Consent Page I am having a problem.
It says to give a Parent email address, so I have given my own MS account email. When it asks for my password, I give it, but every time it just goes to a blank white page that says the Page has been changed or moved etc.
It also says that my pwd is incorrect but although I know it is correct, I have reset it a couple of times.
It is correct because I can get into Xbox on my tablet with the same protocols.
What could be the problem please?
Why will it not let me complete the Parental Control? He desperately wants me to play but I cannot get it to going.
