Xbox One Planning to switch to Xbox with Xbox One, what games are there?

I'm planning to switch to a different console. I want to try the xbox one for starters, because I've never actually owned an Xbox. What are the exclusive games for Xbox One that the enemy console (PS4) does not have? Hope you guys could help me out.
