It has been suggested the log in process was interrupted. Now I have no profile and can't create a new one. When I try the Add new link I can't connect. I've tried everything including a factory reset. The Xbox home page loads but can't be played without a profile. Let me know if you have any suggestions other than hitting it with a hammer.
