Below are the achievements for Prototype 2, along with the number of achievement points you’ll receive and a summary on how to get each achievement.
Prototype 2 Achievement List
Anger Management (20)
Destroyed 5 vehicles using a Finisher
You must have bought the skill in the “Finisher” tree to enable you take on this achievement. For this achievement, you need to mount a tank and, once you are on it, hit the [Y But] so that the tank breaks in half. Do this for five tanks and the achievement will unlock.
So Above It All (20)
Spend at least 25 consecutive seconds in the air (helicopters don't count)
You can do this once you have 3 or 4 points in the “Movement” tree. Start by jumping off the highest building you can find. While in the air, press and hold [RT But]. The moment your Heller begins to fall, press and hold [A But] so that you continue to glide. You will be able to repeat this 2 or 3 times before you go into free fall. This is sufficient time for you to unlock the achievement. Just make sure you don’t touch anything in the process, not even enemies, otherwise the timer will reset.
Vitamin B-rains (10)
Acquired 10 upgrades through Consumes
During the game, you will come across enemies with an Arm symbol above their heads. This means that if you consume them, you will get an upgrade. You need to acquire 10 upgrades in order to unlock this achievement.
Eating Your Way to the Top (30)
Acquired 30 upgrades through Consumes
During the game, you will come across enemies with an Arm symbol above their heads. This means that if you consume them, you will get an upgrade. You need to acquire 30 upgrades in order to unlock this achievement.
Finally Full (50)
Acquired all 46 upgrades through Consumes
During the game, you will come across enemies with an Arm symbol above their heads. This means that if you consume them, you will get an upgrade. You need to acquire all 46 upgrades in order to unlock this achievement.
Icarus (15)
Reached the highest point in the world
After you have unlocked the ‘Red Zone’, find the Empire State Building and run up to the top in order to unlock this achievement. Here is a video to help you. Direct Link.
Spindler's Search (40)
Destroyed all Lairs
The lairs are small underground caverns where you will find infected or Blacknet troops. There are 9 lairs in total and you will end up doing most of them in the dossiers or the campaign. Ensure you have destroyed all of them in order to unlock the achievement.
//BLACKNET Hacker (40)
Completed all //BLACKNET dossiers
//BLACKNET dossiers are side missions which you can start at the golden star on your map. Each section of NYZ has a set of missions. The Yellow Zone has Missions 1-4, Green Zone has Missions 5-8, and the Red Zone has Missions 9-12. Ensure you complete all these in order to unlock the achievement.
One by One (20)
Stealth Consumed 50 Blackwatch troopers
This is just like consuming normally, but here you are required to do it when not in “Alert”. If you try to consume somebody while someone else is watching, you will get a “Target is Being Watched”, making it impossible to perform the move.
Wanted Man (20)
Triggered 50 alerts
You get to trigger an alert simply by attacking one of the Blacknet or military personnel. This is simple and you will get it naturally as you play along. If not, you can just find some enemies, kill them and then run away. Repeat this until you unlock the achievement.
All Growed Up (50)
Fully upgraded Heller
You will gain EP (xp) mainly by completing Missions and gathering Collectibles. You can also get them for other activities like completing bonus challenges and consuming people with a DNA symbol. In order to completely upgrade Heller, you will need to do two playthroughs.
Master Prototype (50)
Completed the game on HARD difficulty
When starting the game, you get to choose which difficulty you want to play. It is advisable to attempt this achievement during your second playthrough. It will be easier then because you will have all the upgrades you need. You should focus on getting Health and Movement upgrades during your first playthrough.
It's an Epidemic (10)
Complete MEET YOUR MAKER
This is story related and can't be missed. This should be the first achievement you get. Just finish the tutorial where you follow Mercer and you will unlock the achievement.
I Want Some More (10)
Complete RESURRECTION
This is story related and can't be missed. Once you are through with the tutorial, you will find yourself in the lab. The scientist wants to learn from you, and the infected will be released. You have to fight them off and successfully escape from the lab in order to unlock the achievement.
Religious Experience (10)
Meet Father Guerra
This is story related and can't be missed. You will get this achievement early on in the game after you have finished the prologue. Here is a video to help you. Direct Link.
This is a Knife (20)
First Prototype Power acquired

Murder your Maker? (100)
Complete the game
This is story related and can't be missed. You will unlock this achievement when you successfully complete the game. The boss fight at the end is quite easy.
Follow Your Nose (30)
Found all BlackBoxes
Blackboxes are scattered all around the world and will give you EP and a small audio file about the game's back story. If you find all the boxes in a set you will be given a Mutation.
Up to No Good (30)
Defeated all Field Ops teams
Field Ops teams are small squads of enemies that you will find scattered around. If you kill them, you gain EP, and if you complete a set, you earn a Mutation. For this achievement, you have to find and kill all the Field Ops in the three zones.
Strike, You're Out (10)
Destroyed a Strike Team in 15 seconds or less
The best place to do this is in the yellow zone after you have unlocked Helicopters. Jump into a helicopter and use it to cause as much mayhem as possible. A Strike team will be sent to respond to this. Find which direction it is coming from and blow it away immediately to unlock the achievement.
Compulsive Eater (10)
5 consumes in 10 seconds or less
You can get this achievement very early in the game from the moment you wake up. Use the [B But] to grab an enemy, and then press [Y But] to consume them and the achievement will unlock.
Do the Evolution (20)
Acquired 5 Mutations
To get a Mutation, you have to collect Black Box Sets, destroy Field Op Sets or clear Lair Sets. The easiest are the lairs, since there are only two of them in any section of any zone. Any five sets of the above will unlock the achievement.
Just a Flesh Wound (10)
Dismembered a Brawler
You need to have the Claw, Blade, or Whip to perform the attack. You can make use of a quick time event after a well-timed block. He will be thrown off-balance, and you should perform the action the moment you see a [Y But] or [X But] above his head. You can also achieve this without using a quick time event. Just use the Whip or Blade’s power attack to cut off his arm.
All Together Now (20)
10 or more kills with a single Black Hole attack
To perform a Black Hole Attack, equip the Tendrils and then target an enemy. Hold down the assigned button and shoot it at the targeted enemy. After a few seconds, all nearby enemies and other random things will go towards it, and they will all get killed. The achievement will unlock if you can get 10 or more kills this way.
Back Atcha! (20)
Deflected 5 missiles at enemies using Shield Block
You can do this the moment you have acquired your shields. Wait for the blue lines to line up, and the moment you see the rocket come out, hit [RB But] to perform a perfect block. Repeat 4 more times to unlock this achievement.
Two for the Price of One (20)
Simultaneously killed 2 Brawlers using a single Devastator
There are many points in the game where you will have to fight more than one Brawler at the same time. To unlock this achievement, use the Hammerfist’s dive attack repeatedly when faced with two Brawlers until they both have less than 30% health. Next, use Devastator and you should be able to kill both of them and unlock the achievement. Keep in mind that a level 3 Devastator will kill a Brawler at full health instantly.
Lair to Rest (15)
Destroyed a single Lair
The lairs are small underground caverns where you will find infected or Blacknet troops. There are 9 lairs in total and you will end up doing most of them in the dossiers or the campaign. The moment you destroy the first one, the achievement will pop.
Hijack Be Nimble (15)
Stealth hijacked 5 tanks or APCs
You can start on this achievement once you complete the first mission in the Green Zone. Walk up to a tank and mount it then press the [B but]. Make sure that it is not under “Alert” status for this to count as a stealth hijack.
Road Rage (20)
Destroyed 10 Blackwatch tanks, APCs or helicopters using a single hijacked tank or APC
To accomplish this, hijack a tank in the yellow zone as there will few rocket launcher troops present there. Keep your eye on the radar and survive the small guns fire until you have made 10 kills in order to unlock the achievement. This can prove quite tricky if you are playing on ‘Hard’ difficulty since you cannot leave the tank at any time for you to get this achievement.
Who Watches the Watchers? (20)
Consumed 10 //BLACKNET targets
You will earn this achievement naturally about halfway through the game or earlier, depending on the number of side missions you complete along the way. You gain the achievement by killing targets that are marked for “Hunting”.
Hard to Please (20)
Acquired a Mutation in each of the 5 categories
There are 5 types of Mutations in each of the 5 categories. These are; Defensive, Offensive, Locomotion, Predator and Power Specialist. You will unlock them throughout the game when you complete all the Blacknet side missions, and also by completing Lairs, Black Box Sets and Field Ops Sets.
The Floor is Lava (15)
Traveled a half mile using only Wall Run, Glide, Jump and Air Dash
You can get this at just about any point in the game, but it will be much easier once you have gotten the Movement upgrades. Just make sure you don’t land on the floor or roof for half-a-mile and you will unlock the achievement.
Cannonball! (10)
20 or more kills with a single Hammerfist dive attack
To perform a Hammerfist dive attack, jump into the air and hold the assigned button. You will crash into the ground and cause a lot of damage within a large radius around you. The achievement will unlock if you can manage to get 20 kills this way.
You're the Bomb (10)
10 or more kills using a single Bio-Bomb
To perform a “Bio-Bomb” attack, grab an enemy and press the [X But]. Next, throw the enemy into a large crowd, and if you manage to get 10 kills, the achievement will pop.
Sic 'em! (20)
Destroyed 5 helicopters using Pack Leader
In order to perform this achievement, you need to acquire the “Park Leader” skill first. Begin by calling your Brawlers by pressing [A But] and [X But]. Once they have arrived, target the Helicopter using [LT But] and then press [RS]. This will make your Brawlers to attack it with lunges and thrown rocks, making it die quickly. Your Brawlers must be the ones to deliver the killing blow in order to unlock the achievement.
Over-Equipped (20)
Weaponized 10 vehicles
To “weaponize” a vehicle, you have to mount a tank or helicopter. While on top, hit the [RS But] to rip off the gun attached to the vehicle and use it for any purpose. Repeat this 10 times and you will unlock the achievement.
The Best Offense (20)
Countered enemy attacks 20 times using Shield
You can perform a counter against nearly any attack, making you to deflect rockets or melee attacks which can go back and cause recoil damage to the target. To perform a Counter, press the [RB but] just before you get hit and the Shield will come up. For this achievement, you have to counter melee attacks in order for it to count.
Arcade Action (10)
Karate kicked a helicopter
Helicopters will start attacking you the moment you get your first power and this is the best time to get this achievement. To karate-kick a helicopter, use [LT But] to target it and then jump and hold [X But] to deliver the kick and unlock the achievement. You are required not to have any of your powers active when you perform this. You will find it easier to do after you acquire the Movement upgrades.
I Caught a Big One! (10)
Mounted a helicopter using Whipfist
You can do this achievement once you have acquired the Whiplash. Once you have it, target the helicopter using [LT But] and hold [B But] so that you grapple towards it. The achievement will unlock the moment you make contact with the helicopter.
